1. High oxidative stability

Each of our base oils have been known for having higher tolerance to daytime heat and sunlight before degrading from free radical damage, in comparison to most seed oils (see References). Good news for supporting youthful-appearing skin!

Organic jojoba oil, organic kokum buttter, and grass-fed, pasture-raised beef tallow all offer a wealth of health benefits (see below) while providing a thin, silky sensation of skin conditioning – perfect for non-heavy daytime moisturization and for layering underneath makeup.

Base oils that make up Tallow Face Food are not only quickly absorbed by the skin for a light daytime conditioning treatment – but they also deliver a highly nutritious "meal" for your highly absorbing facial skin (see References):

Organic jojoba oil – has high resistance to degradation and has demonstrated anti-inflammatory effects; it's also recognized for its skin repair benefits and potential therapeutic uses against skin infections and skin aging
Organic kokum butter – is derived from the Garcinia indica evergreen tree; has demonstrated antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antidepressant, and anti-anxiolytic benefits
Grass-fed, pasture-raised beef tallow – offers anti-inflammatory support, antioxidants glutathione & superoxide dismutase, omega-3 fatty acids, precursors to vitamins A & E
