Suggested use

Apply Bug-Off Body Glide over areas of the skin that will be exposed to pesky bugs. After applying, follow up with Bug-Off Spray for stronger and longer-lasting effects.

When using these two repellents together as directed above, you may not need to reapply repellent for at least 3-4 hours, depending on personal body chemistry and other factors.

When reapplying, you may do so either in the same manner as described above or else simply refresh the top layer of Bug-Off Spray on top of the Bug-Off Body Glide you applied previously.

If you are allergy-prone, we advise noting the ingredient list first and doing a small patch-test before using on the whole body.
