Made with Real Ingredients that Support Healthy Skin

Each soap is made using *real ingredients* that go into each of these favorite drink and food items – only our soaps contain natural & organic ingredients that your skin and health will thank you for choosing.

No parabens, no sulfates, no silicones, no artificial colorants, no corn syrup, no carageenan, and never any synthetic fragrances. We also do not add any essential oils to these soaps – which also means that the soap scents are very mild and 100% authentic to the natural ingredients. In other words – you will not finish washing your hands and suddenly smell like Malta (you're welcome!).

Coquito Soap – Contains Real Rum, Cream of Coconut, & Egg!

For the non-Puerto Rican gift giver who is not "in the know" – Coquito is a favorite, creamy Christmas-time drink that bears similarities to eggnog. Although unlike eggnog, you're not going to find Coquito at your local grocery store, which means that this drink is most commonly homemade.

While specific recipes vary from family to family, traditional Coquito recipes typically include some variation of the ingredients listed below – *each* of which is included in our Coquito Soap:

Coconut milk (organic)
Vanilla extract (organic)
Cinnamon (organic)
Nutmeg
White rum
Real egg!

The cream of coconut, coconut milk, and real egg in this soap create a rich, creamy lather – making for a luxurious hand or shower soap.

Malta Soap – Made with Real Malta Ingredients!

Unlike Coquito, Malta is a store-bought drink that comes in small and large brown bottles and can probably be recognized a few miles away by anyone who holds Malta near and dear to their heart.

Malta is a non-alcoholic, malt-based carbonated beverage that is a staple refreshment enjoyed throughout the year in the Caribbean (among other places around the world). Although the popular brand "Malta India" originates from Puerto Rico, itself, Christmas celebrations wouldn't be complete without an ample supply of at least some form of Malta, regardless of brand name.

Our Malta Soap incorporates real ingredients that are classically used to make Malta:

Barley Malt (organic)
Molasses (organic)
Hops (organic extract)
Grains (corn grits)
Sugar (organic)

Corn grits in this soap offer a gentle exfoliating sensation, while the natural sugars from the barley malt and molasses contribute to a lather that is especially *bubbly* (just like the drink!) – making this soap not only a great hand soap but also a convenient soap for shaving.

Sofrito Soap

Sofrito is a distinctive, flavorful purée of fresh cilantro, peppers, and spices that has been referred to as the "backbone" of Puerto Rican cuisine. Similar to Coquito, Sofrito is often homemade, so recipes vary from family to family – with some families choosing to add tomato (making for a red-colored purée), and others opting to leave the tomatoes out (making for a green-colored purée).

Our Sofrito Soap is made using the following real ingredients – as per the unique family recipe of the husband of Little Leaf Pharms founder (thank you!):

Cilantro (organic, juiced)
Cubanelle pepper (juiced)
Hungarian Wax pepper (juiced)
Green bell pepper (organic, juiced)
Cilantro (organic, whole)

By choosing flat rate shipping, you agree that we may select the most economical shipping option – which may take anywhere from 5-10 business days. USPS priority estimates delivery within 3-5 business days. Our flat rate shipping is only available to non-P.O. box addresses; please enter a physical, non-P.O. box address for shipment. We are not responsible for packages that are returned and/or not delivered by the mail carrier but can re-ship at customer expense.
